Dr. Martin prides herself on creating cosmetic restorations that look so real, most professionals can’t see the difference. That’s because she uses the highest quality of materials and the most state-of-the-art technologies available to ensure a dental product and experience above and beyond that of the competition.
Besides staying current with the latest techniques and advanced methods in the dental industry, Dr. Martin uses the following technologies to bring her patients the best care:
3D In-Chair Entertainment System – Every operatory chair in our office is equipped with our new 3D Entertainment System, which allows our patients to be virtually transported into a movie while being treated by the dentist. We don’t just give you a TV to look at. Each chair has 3D glasses with built in head phones that cancel out the noise of the procedure. Be instantly transported into your favorite movie while having your teeth cleaned. This is no ordinary boring dental visit. The one downside though is… no popcorn.
Diagnodent Cavity Detection – This laser detection device helps the dentist to see exactly how deep the level of decay goes inside a tooth. This is beneficial to the patient so that there is a minimal amount of the natural tooth structure removed during the treatment process. Some dentist will over drill a tooth to remove the cavity. We believe in keeping as much of the natural enamel and tooth structure in place for a longer lasting and healthier tooth.
Intra-Oral Cameras – These cameras allow the dentist to view the inside of your mouth from different angle and much closer than the eye can see. It also allows for the patients to see what the doctor sees. This device also helps give the doctor an advantage to be more precise during certain treatments.
Air-N-Go Polishers – The AIR-N-GO polishers are specifically developed for a gentler and efficient treatment while removing stains from the teeth. This polisher speeds up the treatment time while giving you a more gentle and comfortable experience.
Digital X-Rays – Digital radiography is a much more precise image and produces 80% less radiation than regular X-Rays. More and more dental practices are moving to them every day because the imaging is instantly visible and offers clearer diagnostic capability for the dentist to diagnose.
Chair-side Computers – In every dental room, we have a computer for patients to stay engaged in their treatment allowing them to see their X-Rays, images from the Intra-Oral Cameras and even video helping the dentist visually explain a treatment procedure.
Electronic Appointment Reminders – Your life is busy so to help our patients keep track of their appointments, we offer patient reminders through email or text messaging, whichever is your preference.
